Customer hub (CRM)
Keep every customer, follow-up, appointment and note in one place.
Most small service businesses run their customer list across a phone's contacts, a notebook in the van and a memory of what was promised. This keeps all of it in one place you can open from any phone: who your customers are, what you owe them, what's on the calendar, and what was said last time.
Create a free account โBookkeeping
Track money in, money out, profit by category โ and your invoices.
Income and expenses by category, a profit-and-loss view for any period, and invoices you can create, print and mark paid. Built for the way a small service business actually keeps its books: log it once, see what you made, hand any period to whoever does your taxes.
Create a free account โGoogle Business Profile audit
Your Google listing decides whether local customers โ and the AI assistants that read from Google โ find you at all. We report only what Google's own data shows.
Local business schema generator
Structured data tells search engines and AI assistants exactly what your business is, where it works, and when it's open.

Google review request templates
Reviews feed both local rankings and what AI assistants say about you. The main reason businesses don't get them is simply never asking.
Find your link in your Google Business Profile โ Ask for reviews. Fields fill the templates below as you type; {{customer}} and {{job}} stay as placeholders for you to personalise per send.
Same-day text
Send within an hour of finishing, while they're still pleased with the work.
Hi {{customer}}, [your name] here from [your business]. Thanks for having us out today โ it was good working with you.
If you've got 30 seconds, a quick Google review genuinely helps a small business like ours get found:
[your Google review link]
No worries at all if you'd rather not.One-time follow-up text
Only if there's been no review after ~4 days. Send once. Never twice.
Hi {{customer}} โ [your name] from [your business]. I know you're busy so I won't chase this again: if you had a good experience, a short Google review would mean a lot.
[your Google review link]
Either way, thanks for your business.Email after a bigger job
Better for higher-value work where a text feels too casual.
Subject: Thanks from [your business]
Hi {{customer}},
Thanks again for choosing [your business] for the {{job}}. I hope everything's holding up well โ if anything isn't right, reply to this email and I'll sort it out personally.
If you were happy with how it went, would you consider leaving us a Google review? Most of our work comes from people finding us online, so a couple of sentences from you makes a real difference.
[your Google review link]
Thanks,
[your name]
[your business]When something went wrong
Send BEFORE asking for a review. Fix it first โ never ask an unhappy customer for a rating.
Subject: Making this right โ [your business]
Hi {{customer}},
I heard the {{job}} didn't go the way it should have, and that's on us. I'd like to put it right.
I'm available {{availability}} โ reply here or call me directly and we'll get it sorted at no extra cost to you.
Sorry for the trouble,
[your name]
[your business]Three rules that matter more than the wording
- โข Ask while it's fresh. Same-day requests convert far better than week-later ones.
- โข Never incentivise a review. Offering discounts for reviews violates Google's policies and can get your reviews removed.
- โข Fix problems before asking. If the job went badly, use the recovery template โ asking anyway is how you earn a one-star.
What one more customer is worth
Put in your real numbers and see the annual figure. It's arithmetic on your own inputs โ not a forecast.
What a typical customer pays you, one time.
Of the people who contact you, how many become customers?
1 if it's strictly one-and-done. Most trades are higher.
The โwhat ifโ โ how many more people found you.
If you got 10 more enquiries a month
$32,400
in additional revenue over a year
- New customers per month
- 4.0
- Value of a single enquiry
- $270
- Lifetime value per customer
- $675
- First-job revenue per month
- $1,800
This is arithmetic on your own numbers โ it isn't a forecast, and it doesn't assume any particular marketing works. It just puts a figure on what being easier to find would be worth.
